Hillview Developments Limited, have recently received planning approval for their Vantage Business Park, Enfield. The scheme consists of approximately 60,000 sq ft of predominently new industrial/ storage accommodation within use classes B1 B2 and B8 and is complimented with the inclusion of some high tech accommodation provided within a total of 27units. Sizes range from between 1,515 and 2,995 sq ft.

Ponders End is a well established industrial location servicing both central London and the M25 and the scheme has been developed in close consultation with local surveyors Glenny to ensure the product meets with identified demand. Doherty Baines and CBRE are also advising on the new development which has been centred on delivering accommodation to owner occupiers seeking to re-locate and expand their existing businesses' in North London.   

The new development is situated within short walking distance of the Ponders End mainline railway station which offers a frequent service into London Liverpool Street and public transport is also available along the main A1055 Meridian Way.
